We have been with Switch since March 2017. The transition was a smooth one and the staff have been very supportive from the onset. The system is perfect for our practice and the team has been great providing us with excellent support.
We replaced our telephone system a couple of years ago and the transition went very smoothly. At their suggestion we increased the number of outgoing lines and now I never receive complaints from our GPs that they can’t get a line to call a patient! We have both our system and calls from Switch and receive good support when we need it. I am happy to recommend them to other surgeries.
